Located deep in the heart of the Serra da Arrábida Natural Park, the Barn stands as the inaugural stage of the refurbishment of Quinta da Ramada.

Our mission was to transform the existing sheep stable into a multipurpose space for both agricultural and cultural events.

We designed and constructed a completely new timber structure that, when fully opened, frames the area's outstanding beauty.

The bespoke sliding panels, inspired by the simplicity and harmony of Japanese architecture, feature varying opacity levels, creating an engaging play of light and shadow.
